We recently completed a renovation for @Nexus Elite Property Group. The 120sq.m. loft space was stripped back to the structural elements and redesigned in a contemporary look that celebrates the union of timber and industrial, metal detailing. The mezzanine walls were demolished to create large, full height openings that overlook the floor below and allow natural light to flow inwards to the executive office.
